Returns and Deliveries

Delivery

We endeavour to send out all orders on the same day as long as they are received before midday, Monday to Friday. Orders received on a weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. Items are insured and sent on a tracked service via UTI, enabling you to follow your order’s delivery progress. Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days. For delivery costs outside of the UK please contact 01208 74022. Customers requesting the standard delivery service will be contacted via text or email to arrange an hour timeslot for the delivery of your BabyDam. Should the designated time slot be inconvenient it can be changed by contacting the courier. Dispatch of all orders is subject to availability. Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when the delivery destination is selected. Please note all orders shipped to Northern Ireland and non mainland UK will be subject to specific charges outlined on the checkout page.

Goods in Transit/Lost Items:

Please allow a minimum of 5 working days for your BabyDam to arrive when ordering in the UK. In the unlikely event that your BabyDam should fail to arrive, please e-mail us on This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your name, full delivery address including post code, and your customer order number. We will confirm receipt of your enquiry and we aim to respond within 24 hours.

Returns

Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, providing it is in its original packaging and in a fully resaleable condition, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for it excluding postage and packing. Your returned BabyDam must be accompanied by your original delivery note and returned to us within 30 days of the date you received it.

If the BabyDam returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Refunds are normally made within 14 days of receipt of goods. Postage and delivery charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the product is faulty.

Faulty goods

In the unlikely event that your BabyDam is faulty, we are happy to provide a replacement or a full refund, including the costs incurred in postage and packing.
