Standard Terms and Conditions

Ordering

Orders can be placed on our website and paid for by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo. If you prefer, you can telephone us on 01208 74022 (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) to place an order and pay by credit or debit card. We are also happy to accept orders by post, with payment by cheque made payable to Perry Innovation Limited, sent to Perry Innovation Limited, Unit 12a, Cooksland Business Park, Bodmin, Cornwall PL31 2QB. All orders must be paid for in full prior to dispatch. 

Prices and Tax

The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout. For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is added automatically.

Multiple purchases

Postage for multiple purchases, exceeding quantities shown in the checkout, going to the same address can be quoted separately. Please call 01208 74022 for details.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your purchase for a period of 7 days from the date of order on the basis that any goods sent to you are returned in their original packaging and in a fully resaleable condition. We will then provide a full refund of any monies paid.”

Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for it. Your BabyDam must be accompanied by your original delivery note and returned to us within 30 days of the date you received it. Please see returns for further details.

Security

BabyDam.Com allows you to purchase goods securely online using most major debit and credit cards (we accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo). Paypal, our secure Internet payment service provider, handles all online debit and credit card payments.

Delivery

We endeavour to send out all orders on the same day as long as they are received before midday, Monday to Friday. Orders received on a weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. Items are insured and sent on a tracked service via UTI, enabling you to follow your order’s delivery progress. Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days. If the express delivery service is specified, then orders received before midday, Monday to Friday, will be delivered on the next working day. For delivery costs outside of the UK please contact 01208 74022. Customers requesting the standard delivery service will be contacted via text or email to arrange an hour timeslot for the delivery of your BabyDam. Should the designated time slot be inconvenient it can be changed by contacting the courier. Despatch of all orders is subject to availability. Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when the delivery destination is selected. Please note all orders shipped to Northern Ireland and non mainland UK will be subject to specific charges outlined on the checkout page.

Goods in Transit/Lost Items:

Please allow a minimum of 5 working days for your BabyDam to arrive when ordering in the UK. In the unlikely event that your BabyDam should fail to arrive, please e-mail us on This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your name, full delivery address including post code, and your customer order number. We will confirm receipt of your enquiry and we aim to respond within 24 hours.

Returns

Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, providing it is in its original packaging and in a fully resaleable condition, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for it excluding postage and packing. Your returned BabyDam must be accompanied by your original delivery note and returned to us within 30 days of the date you received it.

If the BabyDam returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Refunds are normally made within 14 days of receipt of goods. Postage and delivery charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the product is faulty.

Faulty goods

In the unlikely event that your BabyDam is faulty, we are happy to provide a replacement or a full refund, including the costs incurred in postage and packing. Privacy Policy

When you place an order with Perry Innovation Limited we ask you to provide us with personal information such as your name, address and email to enable us to deal with your order efficiently. We store our information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not sell, use or otherwise disclose, any information we hold about you to any third parties. We may however use this information to inform you of any new Perry Innovation products, unless you have opted out on your order.

Indemnities and Limits of Liability

(a) You agree that you have accepted these terms and conditions in the knowledge that our liability is limited and that the prices and charges payable have been calculated accordingly.

(b) Perry Innovation Limited will indemnify you for injuries or damages caused solely either by defects in the Products or by the negligence of its employees acting within the course of their employment and the scope of their authority. The total liability of Perry Innovation Limited under this sub-clause will be limited to one million Great British pounds for any one event or series of connected events.

(c) Except as expressly stated in this clause and elsewhere in this Agreement, our liability for breach of this Agreement will not exceed in the aggregate of damages, costs, fees and expenses capable of being awarded to you the total price paid or due to be paid by you under this Agreement.

(d) Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, we disclaim all liability to you in contract or in tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) in connection with our performance of this Agreement or your use of the Products and in no event will we be liable to you for special, indirect or consequential damages.

Linking Policy

Links from your site to ours

We are happy for anyone to link to the BabyDam website – either to the home page, or to any of the pages on the site. You do not need to ask our permission to link to us.
